Ever since I moved out I seem to care about the things I never would, that come with adulthood… candles, picture frames, decorating for every holiday, rugs a clean house etc etc.
On the hunt for a perfect Spring wreath I loved the idea of the decoration but wasn’t keen on the price of wreaths (uh their expensive??) browsing online today I ran across a few from Jo Ann Fabrics - wreaths regularly $40.00 were marked down to $12.00 + they are doing $1.99 shipping…. CRAZINESS!!
Check it out, no better time to get into the Spring season :)
The spring weather this weekend was AMAZING!! It was so great to finally be out enjoying the SUN :)
This weekend we hit the ever so famous smorgasburg in BK, great way to explore new tasty local treats! I kicked around in my new metallic slip on VANS… who ever would have thought, me in vans? But with this sport influence and trend becoming more and more apparent in the market I knew I had to play along + vans are pretty reasonable at $40 so I’m okay if I only wear them a season or two!
What sport styles are you wearing?
Happy Friday!! My rooms and I are off to see Cinderella on Broadway tonight, since it’s suppose to be rainy and gloomy I couldn’t persuade myself to be springy- I opted for this look…

Pairing this look with my leather jacket once inside theatre!!
As always I’m planning my outfits for events months in advance but I’m SUPER pumped about this one! In August my friends and I are celebrating a birthday and seeing Britney in Vegas and am absolutely gaga for this outfit!
Dress: Ever since I wore a similar dress at the Betsey Johnson fashion show a few years back I have been on the look for something similar… I love how simple this is yet fun (not slutty) with the small cut out. This dress was from the Pixie Loves Lipsy collection … I searched HIGH and low for it!
Shoes: to spice up a solid dress I thought why not cheetah… I ran across these on eBay for a steal, brand new + the spike make them bad ass, HA
Bag: my baby Carrie :
All in all I think I’m Vegas ready, right?!?
Finally got my Prada sunnies! I was not all for spending nearly $300 on sunglasses but had a gift card to saks and really couldn’t find anything else I would want to spend the $ on /// saks is expensive HA! Now all I need is the sun
Ombre!!! So I have I have not been happy with my hair since I turned it back brown from blonde… It keeps turning red! Although I didn’t want to go blonde again because I HATE the upkeep I decided to ombre it :) I LOVE Jessica James Decker and after learning she does her own figured surely I could too! I followed her you tube hair tutorial and am pretty happy with the results (think I need to leave it in a tad longer next time) and all for $12!
Sneakers: Peter Pilotto for Target
Chambray: Calvin Klein
Jacket: American Eagle
